Working Terms

This page summarises the general principles of working together. The binding scope of work is always defined in an individual proposal or written agreement.

1. Scope of work

Websites, web applications, integrations, hosting setups, and ongoing support are offered on a project basis. The exact services are defined in the relevant proposal.

2. Collaboration

You work directly with Sebastian Breuer as the technical lead. Where useful, individual contributions may be added through a small specialist network without turning the process into a traditional agency setup.

3. Content and approvals

Texts, images, trademarks, and other content are either provided by the client or commissioned separately. The client is responsible for the rights to supplied content. Approvals and feedback affect timing and delivery.

4. Hosting and third parties

Hosting, domains, email services, AI models, or other external services may be provided through third parties. Whether these costs are included in the project or paid directly by the client is defined in the proposal.

5. Support

Maintenance, further development, and ongoing support are provided by agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, there is no unlimited on-demand support or 24/7 availability.
